Patuxent FA Alumna Savannah Hersh Signs First Professional Contract with Vestri FC in Iceland

Hersh, who has officially signed her first professional contract with Vestri FC in Iceland. This marks an exciting new chapter in her soccer career, one that began at Patuxent FA.

During her time at Patuxent FA, Savannah was a standout talent, guided and mentored by Coach Myron. Under his leadership, she refined her skills, grew as a player, and ultimately earned a leadership role on the PFA USL W team. Her time at Patuxent FA not only sharpened her technical abilities but also instilled in her the resilience and determination needed to compete at the highest levels of the game, as highlighted by Coach Myron.

Savannah continued to excel at Howard University, where she cemented her reputation as a leader both on and off the field. As team captain, she led Howard University to the NCAA tournament, demonstrating her ability to thrive under pressure and inspire those around her.

Now, as she embarks on her professional career with Vestri FC in Iceland, Savannah becomes a shining example of what is possible for young athletes who commit themselves to the game.
